doc says I have low B12.
I don't want b12 shots so he said take 500mcg of b12 every other day.

well, Costco doesn't sell 500mcg capsules of b12. they sell 5000mcg.
holy overkill.

closest thing was Super b Complex. it's 100 mcg. so I figure i'll take it every day. then up it to 2pills/day.

today was the 1st day I took it.
I guess I don't need to turn on the lights at nite when I pee :p

Its the vitamin B2 (riboflavin) that is turning your pee neon yellow.

Be careful with taking high doses of vitamins. Vitamin C seems like it is ok (you pee it out, right), but there are studies linking very high doses of it with Chrohn's disease.
