So I went out to dinner with my parents and guests from Poland downtown tonight. Before coming into the restaurant we are outside talking/relaxing as they are having their smokes. For some reason there is just a swarm of bums coming and going at this particular point in time. One stops and bums money off my mom. Another one comes and bums money off my friend. We finally go inside and eat dinner etc. Throughout our stay a few people go outside for more smokes, where they get asked for more money by different bums.
After we pay the bill, we are outside again chilling/relaxing while yet another bum comes asking for money. He asks every single one of us if we have any change, everyone is like no. Finally he asks me and I'm like "no one has anything for you, we already gave some to other guys asking for money".
He goes "oh wow there is 6 of you and you guys have no money, and you eat at a place like this". I'm like "yea we don't have anything, plus every 2 seconds another one of you comes and asks for cash". He goes "well if they come every 2 seconds then there would be 5-6 of us here already". I go "dude you aren't getting any money, go beg somewhere else". He goes "oh you don't treat people like that, that's very selfish". I go "yea go apply for welfare our government has plenty of free lifetime money for people like you, don't worry".
Then he starts talking some other shit I don't even remember what he said, but all of a sudden I'm like, fuck this, I'm having a dumb ass conversation with a persistant bum, so I tell him to fuck off. He starts talking some more shit like he wants to start something, tells me not to look at him etc. We exchanged a few more words which I don't want to mention here, but finally he walked away.
I've dealt with many bums before, but never this persistant.
Anyone has any other stories like this to share?
