Sunshine - the movie

I just finished watching the movie.

I think I noticed somebody inserted somebody's face for one frame around 57:54 minutes remaining in the movie.

Anyone confirm?

The movie gets a bit surreal towards the end. They inserted random photos of the Icarus 1 crew into frames when they were searching the abandoned ship.

i didn't know if this particular frame at 57:54 remaining is part of the movie editing or somebody else's hoax/prank.

Yeah it was strange when I first saw it. I was like...what the fuck? But then they do it a bunch more times, so then I was like....oh great...it's gonna get all freaky and turn into crap.

Saw it in theatre, & quite liked it, even though they wrecked it with the retarded slasher twist 2/3 thru.

I like Boyle's work in general, but I was really pissed that he took the "easy" way out for the last act.

Yeah it built up reall well and kind of fell flat. Alex Garland kind of has that problem as a writer....
