Sunroom/Patio enclosure...anyone have one done?

Trying to decide between an enclosure or a deck....if you have had an enclosure done or build them can you give a ball park figure of what it cost?

My parents have an enclosed sunroom, though it was built almost 20 years ago now, so I cannot give you an accurate price. It is much more useful in the winter versus a deck. Their is insulated and they ran a natural gas fireplace in there to keep it warm.

Go with the enclosure. We have one that is a screen-in porch during warm weather, and a sunroom during cold months. We use it way more than we would ever use a deck.

I built an enclosed patio with my dad on top of our existing desk. It has screened windows for the summer and glass in the winter for year round usage. It was easy to build, took an entire weekend, and it serves lots of purposes and gets used constantly. I think ours cost, just parts, about $1500, and beer money.

I have a deck (not enclosed.) There are an infinite number of mosquitoes here, an enclosed patio would be nice. Eventually, I plan to make 1 section of my deck into an enclosed patio.
