Dude pulls out of traffic and parks at the curb. Has his sunroof open. Throws a towel over his lap, looks around nervously, and is jerkin off. The people a couple stories up notice, grab a video cam, gather around the window, and the hilarity starts. Eventually, one of them goes all the way downstairs, out to the guy's car, stands at the front of the car, looks up at the cam, and waves to the rest of the people roaring laughing down at him. Mr. Jerky McSpankinpants sees him waving, looks up, realizes he's on cam, and is like OMGWTFBBQ, pulls out into traffic, and leaves :laugh:
