I've been with Vonage for over 6 months now and things were cool at first. Now, people on the other end can hardly hear me at times saying they hear a lot of static. Calling tech support is out of the question since I can never get a human being on the phone. Support via email is virtually nonexistent!
Anyways, I know there are some folks on here who uses SunRocket. However, since Vonage is the biggest player in the market, i wonder how long SunRocket will be around. I remember the DSL days, but look at where its at now. A lot of the companies we thought were good were either bought out or terminated. Anyways, I'm sick of Vonage so I'm thinking of leaving.
