Sunrocket down for anyone?

Is anyones sunrocket service down right now? It just went down maybe an hour ago and isn't coming back up. Everytime I try to call their "support" number, I just get a god damned busy signal.
I tried unplugging and replugging the gizmo back in to no avail.

My net connection is working fine as well
