Sunflower seeds

Do you like them? I like the ones that come in a brown and red bag from Asian food market stories... "stewed and salted chacha sunflower seeds".

Do they ever expire? I'm eating a bag with a "10-2003" production date on them right now. They taste fine.

I've given up with the ones in a shell, planters and a few others, have just the kernels mmmmm.

When I used to play baseball, I'd have a little bag of the flavored shelled ones. I'd just cram a cheek full and hold them there, eating them one at a time and spitting the shells. It's fun. 🙂

The shell is the best part. It's what absorbs all of the delicious saltiness.

I couldn't care less about the kernel. 😉
