SUN OS, has anybody experienced it? And what is it like since it's being dealt out for free now. I was wondering is it similiar to Linux or what is so different about it? Any feedback would be nice. Thanks.
 
Solaris is alright. It's not desktop material, but on SUN machines it can be pretty freaking cool. I think I'd rather use Linux though. 😛
 
It's annoying, most of the conveniences that come standard with Linux aren't there and have to be installed seperately.
