My buyer bought a Netra t1 DC100 Sun rack mounted server. This thing runs on 48VDC. (telco apps probably)
Sun will not replace this model with the AC105 version (same thing but AC powered).
What are my options?
(1) 110VAC to 48VDC Converter
(2) Replace current DC Power Supply, P/N 300-1447 with AC Power Supply, P/N 300-1448
(3) Replace entire server (not really an option, but I had to add it...the buyer is not going to eat the $6K)
Option 2 is preferrable to me....can't get Sun on the horn to check if it is possible. You Anandtechies aren't gonna let me down!
