Sun Microsystems: takeover rumers?

Anyone else see stories today about SUNW shares jumping on "take over rumors"? CNN has this story: http://money.cnn.com/2003/05/02/technology/sun/index.htm.

Personally, I don't believe it, but I am surprised it hasn't made slashdot yet or anything.

I don't put too much faith in rumors like that anymore. As they say, Sun isn't really a prime target for any company. Hype can become overrated in the stock market. Remember Apple-Universal Music? Same idea.

bah... i'm still losing money on this stock if I sell now... should have dumped it a while back. 😱

A few more days like today would be nice though 😉
