Dude, Get some one to drive you the the ER or call 911. NOW.

What ever it is that you have it can't be good.

EDIT: IT may be a Stroke.

The American Stroke Association wants you to learn the warning signs of stroke:

Sudden numbness or weakness of the face, arm or leg, especially on one side of the body
Sudden confusion, trouble speaking or understanding
Sudden trouble seeing in one or both eyes
Sudden trouble walking, dizziness, loss of balance or coordination
Sudden, severe headache with no known cause

Certain headaches can affect your vision. Happened to me a few months ago. My left eye started going blurry. The entire field of vision. At first I though I was seeing things and it was just visible humidity in the air but it got worse. It wasn't that I couldn't focus on objects ... it just appeared like I was looking through a fog or smoke screen. Freaky. It went away after a few hours, after I took a tylenol.

Do you wear contact lenses? You may have something embedded in your cornea, or you may have scratched it.

no never needed glasses or contact lenses but somthing is definently not right and i have a throbbing headache omgeee... this sucks i dont want to wear glasses or contact lenses i used to have good sight.

A headache would be caused by the strain of trying to compensate for a bad spot in your vision. If you have a minor emergency center you can go to, find someone to drive you there, to or an ER if you don't.

I have really bad sinuses and right now i am feeling alot of pressure on my forehead and under my eyes and cheeks.

I have floaters like mad sometimes.. i was so worried about it I went and saw the doctor... You should get to a doctor immediately if you're having trouble seeing out of your eye... it could be pretty serious if left like that.

It's just the pressure in your face that's causing your mild-blindness. I remember taking a road trip up to my aunt's house and we drove up a rather high "hill" and I started getting a head ache. When I arrived at her house, I couldn't see anything directly infront of me.

EDIT : Well, I get headaches all the time, having fibromyalgia and all.

I am worried that i am going to have to get glasses worse i cant see what i am typing right now cause its to the left of my eye.

Nope, and I know exactly what your talking about! They're called floaters, had them for a while now.

Not a doctor, nothing I say has any sort of truth or wisdom backing it:

It sounds like it's from the sinus pressure. Probably nothing to worry about. Take something the releave the sinus pressure/migrane. It would be good to schedule an appt. with your doctor and discuss the problem with him/her just to make sure everything is ok. It's probably just fine, but at the point where your vision is getting blurry and stuff it's better to be cautious.

If you took a hit or a fall then definitely get it looked at soon.

I get these headaches with vision blurring if I spend too much time on computers for like 3 days straigt. My eye doctor says it's eye strain and I have weak eyes. If it goes away in 24 hours then just try to spend less time in front of a monitor but if it doesn't, go see a doctor immediately.
