Sump pump discharge pipe end

I have a 8 year old house with a sump pump and it discharges out a 3" or 4" pipe to my side yard. I have hard PVC pipe pushing it into the grass. The problem is it gets so much use (I have so much clay, rain water either runs off the yard or goes into the drain tile) that the grass is and top soil is being worn away. I am thinking i need an end that is more like an irrigation head that could spray out 180 degrrees. It could be less than 180" but just not a straight shot to erode my grass and dirt. I cannot find anything. I see i can put drain tile in the ground but the irrigation lines are all over this area and it is too narrow that i don't want to cut any lines.

I do have a long flexible pipe to push it to the front yard but it is ugly and too long. I wonder if a splitter and send the water in two directions would be enough?
