Just remembered something else. Saw an episode of "MythBusters" a while back and I think they used vinegar (washed with it) to cut down on the odor.

If you've been using the same pair of sandals or whatever you're used to, chances are they are recontaminating your feet. If you cannot de-stink your footware, you'll have to toss them.
 
my feet sweat all the time, summer or not.

i guess i should get another pair of shoes so i can alternate. i did buy some gold bond foot powder stuff to try out
