Summer. Shorts. Hairy or shaved legs?

I shaved my legs once cause I thought they were way too hairy to be seen in public. I was so freakin wrong about that. I got looks like, wow this dude is gay. I stopped right away, and let my legs get hairy again, and didn't have any comments. Never shaved my legs again, will post a pic of how hairy they are if anyone wants to see.

I'm a man. The hair on my legs is so the buxom beauties clinging to it have something to hang onto, and keep them warm.

Why the hell would I even think of shaving my legs?

Shorts are generally worn by children. Adults were pants.
Fucking millennials never grew up.

People who are forced to wear pants against their will wear pants. (mostly people on the clock/in the office/at the jobsite)

Shorts are superior provided the temperature is above 0 deg F.

You must have "built-in insulation" if you can have that mindset.

I say 60ºF minimum for shorts, unless I'm running. I'm comfortable in pants even at 70 as long as it's not active work.

I have a trimmer that I use a 1 or 2 clip to do my legs. Mostly because my leg air does not grow on my calves at all for some reason so it looks really uneven.

It's Summer time.
And I have to ask if hair is in or out for men, legs that is, when wearing shorts?
Last Summer it seemed the shaved look was in.
This Summer, a lot of shorts and gorilla legs walking around.
Hey guys. We all want to be politically correct, right?
We don't want the women giving our hairy legs that EEK, GROSS look, now do we?
I personally do not like shaving my legs. But I do have more than your typical hairy legs.
And every once in a while I can't help it but catch women giving my legs that "look".
Problen is, I can never tell if it's a positive look or a negative look.
It just bothers me that I catch them looking.
I do have unusually muscly legs from all my mountain hiking and climbing days.
That look just stuck with me.
But the hairy legs part?
Back in high school I had the hairiest legs of all the guys in gym class.
I was kidded all the time by the spotters during gymnastics, "if he falls catch him by the hair of his legs". "Haha. FU..."

So, I had to ask. Again.
Summer time. Legs. Shaved or hairy?

If you even have to ask, please just turn in your man card!

Yeah, but sounds better when you say, "assless chaps."

No, it doesn't. It sounds like "ATM machine".

Also, personally, I very much dislike body hair, especially thick body hair. Luckily for me, I don't grow much body hair so I don't have to shave it, but I would if I did.

I would rather be cold then warm. And yea, maybe a more "comfortable" range is 50 deg f and up. I do have extra insulation built in, but, temperature perception is not strictly based upon your insulation level, Cold weather tolerance is factored via surface area to metabolism ratio, more thermal mass can slow down the process of core temperature dropping, but, having very high metabolism is a very big factor.

I'm reasonably confident that the people I know that are over the age of sixty and wear shorts on occasion... are not millennials. And they are adults.

We need a thread on men shaving or trimming their pubes, or not. Let's not leave out a Brazilian wax as a poll option.

For the record, my legs aren't shaved and never have been. I like it that way. But in winter, the backs of my legs shed. It grows back. But over the years, there is less hair. Still, I'm not going to shave there. Would be too much work and expense.

I see men wearing shorts who have no hair on their legs. Not an unusual thing these days. Also not really a concern for me. I'm secure in my sexuality.

If I were Tom Brady and my hot Brazilian supermodel wife preferred my legs shaved, I'd do it in a heart beat. Maybe I have order backwards. Maybe we have to shave the legs first to get supermodel wives. If that were the case, you guys could keep the mancard.

Just stumbled onto this old thread and wow, some of the comments here are approaching Breitbart levels of reactionary.

Anyway, I'm in my mid 20's and I've been trimming my legs and most of my body hair since high school. Ever since I started going through puberty in middle school, I've had a strong revulsion to having any hair on my body below the eyebrows. Having mild gender dysphoria also doesn't help matters.

I've never shaved my legs. Which got me thinking... how does body hair know when to stop growing? If you shave it will grow back, but it stops after a while. Meanwhile head and beard hair will just keep growing indefinitely.

I do have decently hairy legs though, but having red hair it's kinda light.

I like to shave my yams every few weeks.

We are the new type of men! We take care iour our bods. 🙂

I'm not a very hairy person so I don't even touch my legs with a shaver. Depending on the light/angle, it can look like I have very little or no hair on my legs (at least, the calves) at times.

"When I was a child, I spoke and thought and reasoned as a child. But when I grew up, I put away childish things."

That includes wearing shorts in public so I dont have to worry about my hairy legs.
