I have joined the team to four challenges which run in summer. The point is: we crunch on - at least as usually during the summer - and each point counts five-fold: to the basic team stats, and once fore each challenge.

I'm in, but I've clocked back 3 rigs and shut down one (Q6600) because of the warm weather. :)

It got really hot really fast this year. I've shut down practically everything DC-wise. But WCG is a cooler project than PrimeGrid, and at least for the Increase in Run Time-based challenge, underclocking doesn't affect results.

Also, technically, only three of those challenges run in the summer, and only partially. They also overlap a 24-hour PrimeGrid challenge. However, the PrimeGrid challenge is best run on nVIDIA GPUs. So no worries - unless WCG has a GPU project now?
