The U.N. has ALREADY decided that the resolutions that ended the Gulf War have been violated. Resolution 1441, the latest one dealing with Iraq, stated that Iraq was not in compliance with the war ending resolutions. The inspectors were sent it to see if that was still the case, it is. The responsibility lies with Iraq to prove it has disarmed, not with the U.N. to prove it hasn't. Iraq has constantly thumbed it's nose at the U.N. and will continue to do so. Luckily the U.S. is willing to do something to stop them. Let the French, Germans, Russians etc....wring their hands if they want. The fact remains that Iraq has broken the rules time and time again. The games must stop and stop now.
