I think they are the go-to therapy dog for maladjusted male celebrities. They are low maintenance exercise/play wise but expensive health wise which isn't a problem for celebrities. They can also be left in a hotel room and easily brought on a plane, but they aren't as foofoo or girly as some of the toy breeds.

There's an emu on the way to one of my jobs, and I passed it today. Got me thinking I'd like to have an emu as a therapy animal. Me and my bird; on planes, in the mall(I don't go now, but I certainly would if I had an emu), at the park, the concert... It would be glorious.
