Ok . My goal is to create a new computer with componets that will be good for 18 months to two years for professional use mainly looking at listings and printing listings from an mls web site . Real Estate . I have used asus and abit mobos with fair results on an intel platform , had bad results with soyo and am now using intel boards . I have beau coup parts and pieces (hard drives / pci vid cards , ect) but would like to move into faster buss speed products . Money isnt a concern , but results are .

Get an Extreme Edition if money isn't a concern. Get a motherboard with the ATI Xpress Integrated Graphics if you can find it/if it exists for Intel.

Their website has the 965 chipset as their latest board . I've used a lot of mobos the one brand I have not had any trouble with is intel . I dont do amd though . I know the amd chip is a speed demon , I just never used them . Also I never di the mavis beacon thing and being from the Deep South , you must forgive my pungence .
