Suggestions Wanted fo a Wireless Bridge

I was going to get a Linksys WET11, but most places are out of stock, and besides, maybe I should go with the 802.11G standard even if it costs a little more. The bridge must have a detachable antenna as I plan to attach an external (outdoors) antenna. Also, is there such a thing as a combined bridge/access point? I plan to eventually get an access point to go with the bridge, but a combined unit may be a better buy. Any help will be greatly appreciated as I'm a Newbie to Wi-Fi.
