Suggestions regarding a new motherboard

I need an overclocking friendly LGA 775 socket motherboard,(able to hold a core 2 duo e6550) with PCI Express 2.0 and supports SLI/ Crossfire (SLI preffered). Seems all the recommended ones are only PCI ex 1.0.

Any ideas?

For SLI on LGA775 platform you need an NVIDIA chipset board, such as 750i, 780i, 790i. 790i is DDR3-only chipset, btw.

CrossFire works with any Intel chipset that supports x8/x8 configuration of PCIe. What you want to look for is a solid P45 board, such as this:
