Suggestions Pls - Quadcore OCing MB?

What's the concensus on the best OCing mobo for C2D and C2Q? I will likely start off with a C2D after the April price cut, then upgrade to Q6600 come Q3.

Is 650 or 680 SLI mobo decent for OCing C2Q? Kinda want the SLI option later. I have read mixed reviews on that.
