Suggestions on Z77 mobo

Hi guys
Im planning to upgrade my pc.im going to buy i7 3770k, so I need some suggestions on buying a z77 motherboard.
I ve maximus v formulla, sabertooth z77, msi gd65, asrock extreme 6, gigabyte ud3h in my mind,any suggestions?
I play games n do some video editing stuffs.
I ve 560ti n later I ll upgrade to 680.
By overclocking motherboard wt exactly would I achieve in playing games?

asus maxiumus v gene is a nice board I have one. it is a matx board but I have mine in an atx case.
 
I don't see a reason to buy a $200 motherboard with your limited requirements. You should be fine with an Asrock Pro4 (single GPU) or Extreme4 if you want to keep the option of dual GPU.
