Suggestions on video card quick please!!!

I'm building a new system with 1.33 retail tbird, 256 crucial pc2100 ddr
40gig 7200rpm Maxtor, Hercules Game Theater XP, Sony's floppy, and some
other less important & generic stuff. I need a video card that's about
$150 to $200 that will have TV out (S-video), some video capture capability
(S-video or composite), flat panel output(future wishes), and have DDR mem.
And yeah I have a bunch of IEEE 1394 ports so I don't need any on the card.
Any suggestions tonight would be great because I wanted to buy it tomorrow.
Or tonight.

you pretty much described the all in wornder Radeon. it does have a flat panel output and DDR and video capture. It's close to $200.
