Suggestions on replacement for Antec P180 case?

What are some of your criteria? Do you have a budget? Are you looking for something similar in styling (simple, clean?), is silence more of a priority to you over cooling, ect?

I've had this for 5 years, just thinking of getting something new for myself and leaving the current system intact as a backup. I'm not sure that I would like another case with the power supply on the bottom, but that's not a deal breaker either way.

Budget in the range of what a P180 would cost today. I like cleaner style, not interested in windows to see inside or extreme gamer style cases. Quiet is always a good thing. The P180 has plenty of cooling, If I were to overclock it wouldn't be enough to require extreme cooling solutions.
