As for SSDs, you should be looking to spend around $100 for a 120GB model or $180 for a 250GB model. The Samsung 840 EVO drives that BTRY B mentioned are good choices.

Thanks for the feedback. I pulled the trigger on that PSU. Will keep an eye out for Video Card deal and SSD.

Any thoughts on good drives to be used in Synology 2 bay NAS? I am looking for maybe 3TB or 4TB options so that I can setup RAID 1 and hopefully that'll last me few years to a decade before I need to upgrade again.
