suggestions on mobo for new build

Im about to buy the following components:

e6750 cpu
2GB (2x1GB) Corsair TwinX DDR2 XMS2 Dominator, PC2-8500
Antec P182
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro
520W Corsair HX Series
500 GB Western Digital WD5000AAKS

now im just having trouble deciding on which mobo to get, the 3 i am looking at are:

Abit IP-35 Pro
Asus P5K-E
Gigabyte GA P35-DS4

Out of those im thinking the gigabyte one however after reading through various threads im not sure if the ram will work fine with it? seems to be alot of compatibility issues with gigabyte mobos and ram... or im completely wrong?

id also like to overclock the cpu a bit to 3-3.4 or so.
what do you guys think =)
