suggestions on how to replace the foam support pads/dots on xp processor

I just cleaned an older AMD XP 2200+ and 2 of the four foam support pads/dots on the corners of the cpu peeled off. These are the pads that are suppose to make sure the heatsink doesn't crack the core. Anyone know where I can purchase replacement pads or any ideas on what to use in place of those pads/dots? Thanks.

Shimmishim......Thanks I like your suggestion. I can use a razor and cut out the dots I need.
