Suggestions on cooling

Im grabbing that Aspire X-QPACK Microatx case with a ECS RS480 Mobo939 with a 3000+ 64 and a x800 XL and i was wondering what would be some good ideas for water cooling it i was thinking something like this http://www2.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835124005 but i have been told kits like this suck really. i would like to keep the radiator and all inside if all possible i have seen some aria cases where they have the radiator mounted in the back i think. if you have any good suggestions that would be great. Thanks. Also i prefer it to be like the one above where the pump and raditor are in a 5.25 Bay. I like those but dont know how efficent they really are.

Yeah, the all-in-1 junk is junk. Way better performance comes out of the build-it-yourself stuff. Oh, and go you with the 3000 winnie. I have one too and am doing a 2.45 (35%) overclock. On water, of course.
