Suggestions on case improvements

Hey all. Ive been looking around for some case addons lately and I was wondering if you guys had some suggestions for what, and where to get things. I would like to have my multimedia ports on the front of my case if possible, like the live drive. I have a pretty large antec 830x case so the cables that run through the computer need to be pretty long. Anyone have any good sources for case accessories. Thanks.
