Suggestions on a New Video Card

After months of looking and researching LCD monitors, I finally decided to purchase the Planar PX191M. Bought it from Dell Home with 10% and $50 off. Right now, I have it running on my 128MB ATI Radeon 8500. The card only supports VGA out... no DVI. I'm looking now to replace it with a card that has DVI output.

I mostly use my machine for general everyday tasks. I do watch DVDs and once in a blue moon will play a game or two. Any suggestions on what video card I should look to get? I was looking at the 128MB ATI Radeon 9500 from Sapphire.

A 9600 would be a smarter buy in my opinion. They're made with a newer core that uses less power so they run cooler, but provides almost the same performance as the 9500... the 9500 IS a little faster in games, but seeing as how you don't play very many, I'd stick with the cooler running 9600.

9600pro if you want something that should play games well.

ti4200 if you want to save a little but still be able to game.

I liked the ATI Radeon 9500 from Sapphire since it was able to be overclocked through software. I'm also open to any cards using an NVIDIA chipset. I basically want a new video card that will give me a great display output and great dvd / movie playback. It also has to be pretty decent enough to play the rare game. I heard that ATI is good in this category based on what I use my machine for.
