suggestions on a case w/PSU

im looking for a case with a good PSU > 400W. i'd prefer to keep the price < $100, but its not a set budget. id like one with USB close to the top, and i really dont care how the case looks.
any suggestions?

if this should be in general hardware, just tell me, but i thought it more appropriate here.
 
Antec makes good cases with good PSUs. Inwin's are great too and their PSU's are built by Forton Source.

Why do you need 400 watts?
