You can easily get a pcie card to add 4 more sata ports. That's what I plan on doing. I'm not using a dvd drive or anything with my server so I plan on filling the box up with 7 drives total. Like you, my mobo only has 4 SATA ports so I'll need an expansion card.

Good question. My hunch tells me that a cheap Syba card would do the trick and be more than adequate for WHS. It's not like you really need a heavy duty server controller card for WHS. I'm interested to see what other people ended up using.
 
I use an old PCI SATA expansion card. Cheapo Syba as nerp pointed out. Works just fine. +4 SATA ports to go with the 2 onboard.
