Finally decided to upgrade my video card. I currently have a Ati Rage 128 Pro Ultra (AGP, 32mb). I don't plan to spend a lot on the upgrade, just want to have a decent video card for occasional gaming. I'm thinking of replacing the Rage with a Radeon 9200 chipset card with DVI output and 128mb memory. Is it a good choice? Or any other good card with similiar price tag? Being new both in here and upgrading computers, any suggestion with be appreciated.

First off welcome to AT
What are your system specs?
By looking at your current graphics card, I guess that you have a Pentium 3 based computer with an AGP 2X slot. If that is your case, then I suggest you upgrade your processor first (that is if you have a slow processor)
Anyways on to your question
128mb for a 9200 isn't necessary; a 9200 is essentially a 8500. For that price range, I suggest you go for a GF4 Ti 4200- it is much faster than the 9200.
BTW, if you have a slow processor >1 GHz, your CPU will bottlneck the rest of the system.

Thanks for answering my questions. Sorry that I forgot to mention the specs of my system. It's a Dell Dimension 4550 with Pentium4 2.53Ghz processor, Intel 845PE chipset, 4x AGP, 512Mb memory. I also have a LCD monitor that has DVI. So I read a little bit about video cards and found this ECS ATI Radeon 9200 128mb with DVI for a little over $50 from newegg (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=14-134-108&depa=1) . They have a GF4 Ti4200 for twice as much.
