Suggestions for the recent proxy problems

1. Set your in buffers so they will last you 3-4 days before they run dry.

2. Be sure to set to no fall back if you are able to.

3. Run a PProxy for yourself if you have multiple machines and set that in buffer so it has 3-4 days worth of blocks for your herd and set that to no fall back as well.
