Suggestions for remagnetizing a magnet indirectly

I have a messenger bag that uses magnets to stay closed but they're not strong as they used to be. However they're sewn into the flap and the only way to remove them would be to cut them out and destroy my bag. Any suggestions for how I could re-magnetize them through the nylon/leather?

yeah thanks, I looked at that but wasn't sure if that would be a solution for me since I can't exactly rub the magnets together due to the nylon getting in the way. so it will still work even if the magnets don't make contact? sorry for being a pita.
