suggestions for partitioning on 60GB

I am thinking about going 20/20/20, or 20/40...I noticed in XP Pro tonight that it wont let me format the second partition FAT32, only NTFS...whats up with that? I am just looking for ideas on the partitioning...

I dont know about XP's partition setup, but you could always go all NTFS and then use partition magic to set some fat32 partitions after
