suggestions for new digital camera

I am considering upgrading from my Nikon CoolPix 950 to something a bit smaller (the 950 is kinda awkward sized) and that has the ability to do record video clips. Personally, I am more than satisfied with the camera's picture quality. I just want a smaller form factor and the ability to record video clips. I have a couple CF cards already, so a camera that takes CF is a requirement.

Any suggestions?

My friend has a tiny Canon Digital IXUS 300. I think it meets all of the qualifications you asked for. I've found this site really good to compare features.

Cannon S30 or S40 may be for you.
I am loving my S30. CF and takes quite nice 30 sec clips, actually in AVI format.

Nikon 2500 is a nice small one. 2.1 megapixel and 3x optical zoom like the Canon s300.
