I was wondering what you guys use to mount your Z560's on a wall.

My case may be a little different because I want to mount them in my dorm room and I think the walls are concrete.

Drilling into the concrete isn't gonna happen, so is there anything I can do?

I don't have the Z560's myself, but 3M makes these self sticking (and easily removable) plastic hooks that I use for a lot things around the apartment. You can get them at Home Depot and probably a lot of other places.

3M Adhesive Wall Mounting System
3M Mounting Squares

I have the Z-540's and I was thinking about using some double-sided tape to mount the speakers because I didn't want to start drilling. I'm not sure how much weight the mounting squares can hold, but I imagine that they'll be able to hold the speakers. Hope this helps...and let us know if you have any success. :)

Just get a lot of duct tape! Nothing is broken, it just needs duct tape! (I saw that on a bumper sticker)

hmm...the mounting tape may work.
maybe ill get the hook ones to loop into the holes and then get regular mounting tape to secure it even more.

thx guys.

duct tape would definitely do the job...but DAMN it would be ugly!

anything you do to the dorm room that cannot be undone = you pay for repairs

you're not putting anything on the walls, period.

the wall is concrete, free things will help you in this case... my recommendation is building some cheap speaker stands
