Suggestions for good, inexpensive ISPs in Pittsburgh.

Hey crew.

I am in charge of getting a new ISP for relatives in Pittsburgh. And I would like to know if any of you have experience with the ISPs out there (I'm in the midwest). Dialup or slow broadband (even 128/128Kb DSL!), doesn't matter to me.

Check into libcom.com. I haven't used them but a friend of mine has used them without problems for a couple years now.
