Suggestions for Flv to MP4 conversion

Looking for a simple free flv to mp4 converter. I see alot of junk on searches. Any good experiences with one?

I think I used to use Avidemux to do this.

Also FLVextract will extract video and sound without changing quality.

Avidemux is appropriate because it can simply remux, changing the container. FLVextract can only do half the job by demuxing, while Hanbrake can only reencode.
