Suggestions for CPU and Mobo upgrade please

Currently I have a Barton 2500+m and an NF7-s. Im thinking of upgrading and i need some help. I suspect I have about 200 to spend, so any information would be helpful.

I have 1gb of kingston valueRAM (so try to stick to DDR2) and 9800pro (AGP).
 
Kind of hard to recommened anything. You have a decent system to run almost any game on the market right now.

I only suggest anyone to get a decent PCIe video card and mobo, and to get a 939 processor. That will cost more than 200, but you will be futureproofed for at least a year.
