Suggestions for BD7II memory...

Am ready to buy some memory for this board and would like to read some suggestions form you guys. Due to the limitations of the 845 chipset, is it really worth buying supported high end memory or just high quality memory that fits the boards spec.?
Would appreciate any help or advice from you BD7II users....thank for looking!!

Mine is running on Sumsung DDR 333 CL2.5 very smoothly, never a hick-up. Now at 150MHz cpu FSB with 3:4 ratio means I'm running my Sumsung at full 200MHz and generally gives a feeling faster than 166 MHz FSB with 1:1 ratio. This is for general uses not playing games. Most threads here also report similarly.
