I'm looking for a Z77 motherboard.
I have a PCI-e Creative sound card, my 7970 and I'm planning on running NVIDIA GPU as a CrapX co-processor. Three x16 (x8, x8, x4 is fine) PCI-e slots is a requirement. I don't need anymore than the standard six SATA ports.
Planning on pairing it with a 3770K. I've been looking at some of the boards that are around $150 on Newegg. I do plan on overclocking. Is there any compelling reason to spend more than that?

While I like Gigabyte's layout (more PCI-e x1 slots) I'm not a fan of their 3D BIOS. Seems like a stupid gimmick to me.

It doesn't make me breakfast? I took a closer look and this Asus board, and it isn't a full width ATX board, these designs tend to be kind of flimsy on the outer edge...

Seriously looking at this MSI board, I like this design.
Also, I don't consider MIRs when looking at prices, I can never remember to mail the damn things in.
