Suggestions for a peltier, please help...

I have a P3-933 on an Asus CUSL2 with a FOP38 blowing on it right now.
The case usually hovers around 30-33C(my house is pretty warm), and the CPU tops out at 44C under full load when the case is 33(on warm days). 🙂
Now, my question is, what size(wattage) of peltier(learning what's all involved with installing one and it's related "stuff" will come in a whole other thread, once I decide what to buy 🙂) should I be looking to get as I have the following in my case:
300W PowerMan PS
2x80mm case fans
1xslot cooler
1x60mm(the Delta on the FOP)
CDRW drive
DVD drive
1 hard drive

Well, I suppose I might as well just ask now then too...is just a simple peltier jammed under the FOP going to give me a little bit of a temperature drop, or am I going about this entirely wrong??

44C doesn't sound all that warm. I think using a peltier to cool electronics is a little dangerous. they can get very cold if you draw the heat off the other side properly, so there's the risk of condensation forming.
