I've been suffering from a ruptured disc in my lower back for 3 months now, and can't stand sitting for more than a couple minutes at time. Currently going through a surgery-less procedure to see if I can avoid surgery. Here are pics of my current setup & needs...

I got the okay at work to purchase an adjustable work bench. I'd prefer on that is adjustable between 30 and 46.5 inches. The pictures might now show it, but I currently have 6 PC's in my space, some sharing a monitor to save space.
Any suggestions for a good, adjustable work bench? I have searched on the net, but it would be nice to have feedback from someone who owns/uses one. Price is open, so I'll take a cheap or expensive one.
