Suggestions for a Graphic card under 3000Rs

I am Building a new Pc,

Processor - i3 4130
MoBo - Gigabyte GA-B85-D3H
HDD - Seagate Barracuda 1 TB
PSu - Cooler Master Thunder 450W 450 Watts PSU
RAM - Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB

Please suggest me a GPU under 3000Rs as i cant go beyond that

I use my Pc for normal gaming and watching movies and some office work !

Budget increased from 3000rs to 6000rs i.e. 50$ to 100$ as i have come to know that gaming cards are not in that price range

So my current budget is 100$ i.e. 6000Rs

My pc configuration is i3 4130, 4gb ddr3 vengeance, b85m d3h mobo, cooler master thunder 500w psu

Please suggest me a graphic card which is available in india for eg on flipkart or amazon.in or snapdeal

Few cards which i have in mind are
Hd 7770 ddr5 - 7500Rs going over budget

GT r7 250 1gb ddr5 - 5500Rs

GT630 1gb ddr5 - 5800Rs

If any other good graphic card is there which fits in the price range please suggest
