Suggestions for a good temperature monitoring program

Are there any good motherboard temperature programs other than Motherboard Monitor 5 (being the only one I know of)? Every time I try to run the installer for MBM5 it comes out with some problems even if I redownload it. Are there any other good, maybe even better programs that people use for temperature and voltage monitoring?
