Suggestions for a good FREE video capture software that supports a Philips 7108 encoder?

Prereq's:

Must support Philips 7108 or Windows WDM capture drivers.

Must have excellent preview modes, and/or a tuner mode.

Preferably includes image and picture quality filters for realtime.

Any suggestions?

DScaler doesn't support the 7108 btw.
