suggestions for a fairly cheap slide scanner?

my dad wants to buy a slide scanner to scan his hundreds of old slides he took in the 70s. his two main concerns are speed and price. quality is secondary because the slides are crappy old ones anyway

Bought a Canon pretty cheap a couple of years ago that worked pretty good . Had a strip that you could scan 5 or 6 at a time decent quality.
